Compliance Center - is the primary Area of Focus for compliance personnel. This feature allows users to quickly and efficiently view all current suspicious activity detected by Patriot Manager, and to easily access the details of a particular suspicious activity. Unprocessed alerts are presented at the top of the screen in the Alerts section, and alerts currently being investigated (called cases) are presented in the Cases section of the screen. This enables the user to quickly view the priority and status of all activity and prioritize work accordingly.

Patriot Manager contains many navigational features that allow users to efficiently locate information they require to manage alerts and cases. Some navigators present detailed information relevant to the activity that has been selected, while other navigators provide links to other functional areas within Patriot Manager. Either way, compliance personnel can easily navigate to the critical information needed to determine a course of action in resolving an alert.

Alerts and Cases - Compliance personnel can easily assess the nature, severity, and status of all outstanding activity simply by viewing the information in the Alerts or Cases sections of the screen. Complete details for an activity are accessed simply by clicking on the Reason for Alert or the associated link on the right side of the screen.

Alert Summary - Patriot Manager continually provides a summary of the functions it has performed, giving compliance personnel the confidence that the system is monitoring all incoming activity. Additionally, Patriot Manager recognizes when specific information external to the system has changed (such as watch lists) and proactively notifies the user that updates are pending and need to be applied.

Area of Focus tabs - provide easy access to additional features within Patriot Manager. Features such as an extensive Reference Library, Know your Customer information center, and Watch List Search facility are accessed with the click of the mouse.
